How to complete your application
8 steps from registration to result.

Step 1
Register or log in to the authority's QuadraBay portal and enter the one-time code sent to your email to verify your account.

Read the Candidate Information page carefully and have your documents ready.

Step 3
Download the Consent / Authorization Letter, sign it (or e-sign it) and keep it ready to upload.

Select your preferred service type and click Start Registration.

Fill in your personal details and proceed to the next step.

Step 6
Upload the documents to be verified and complete the Education, Employment and Professional Licence sections.

Step 7
Review your application, enter the payment details and select Pay and Finish.

Step 8
You will receive the payment receipt by email. Follow progress in Track My Application; you are notified by email when the result is ready.
Once your application is ready you will be notified by email and the status will update in Track My Application. Additional documents may be requested by the authority while your application is being processed.

How long does verification take?
Timelines depend on the country, the type of document and how quickly the issuing institution responds. Many applications complete within a few weeks, and you can follow every stage in real time from your dashboard or with SMS alerts.
What documents do I need to submit?
Usually a clear copy of each certificate to be verified, a copy of your passport and a signed Letter of Authorisation that allows QuadraBay to contact the issuer on your behalf. The issuer may occasionally request additional documents.
I can't remember every detail about my past education or employment. Is that a problem?
No. Provide the most accurate information you can. We compare what you submit with what the source reports, and our team will contact you if anything needs clarifying.
How do I track my application?
Sign in to your account or use Track My Application with your reference number. You can also opt in to SMS alerts at checkout to receive real-time updates on your phone.
