What is Primary Source Verification (PSV)?
Primary Source Verification confirms a document directly with the organisation that issued it — the university, employer, licensing body or certification authority. It is the most reliable way to prove that a credential is authentic, because the confirmation comes from the source, not from the applicant.
What is a credential evaluation?
A credential evaluation reviews a degree, certification or other qualification issued abroad and compares it with the local education system to state its equivalent. Universities, licensing boards and employers use it to understand and recognise foreign credentials.
Who uses QuadraBay?
Government ministries, regulators and professional bodies across the GCC use QuadraBay to verify applicants. Employers use it for background screening, and individuals use it to meet licensing, employment, immigration or university admission requirements.

Applications
How long does verification take?
Timelines depend on the country, the type of document and how quickly the issuing institution responds. Many applications complete within a few weeks, and you can follow every stage in real time from your dashboard or with SMS alerts.
What documents do I need to submit?
Usually a clear copy of each certificate to be verified, a copy of your passport and a signed Letter of Authorisation that allows QuadraBay to contact the issuer on your behalf. The issuer may occasionally request additional documents.
I can’t remember every detail about my past education or employment. Is that a problem?
No. Provide the most accurate information you can. We compare what you submit with what the source reports, and our team will contact you if anything needs clarifying.
How do I track my application?
Sign in to your account or use Track My Application with your reference number. You can also opt in to SMS alerts at checkout to receive real-time updates on your phone.
